With nearly two decades of experience at some of the world's most prestigious financial institutions — including Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, First Republic Investment Management, and UBS — Terance brings private bank-level sophistication to an independent platform built around the client's best interest.
His practice focuses on comprehensive wealth management strategies, including investment management, trust and estate planning, philanthropic giving, tax-efficient lending, and broad asset allocation solutions.
Terance's leadership has earned him national recognition, including being named a Black Enterprise 40 Under 40 honoree in 2023. He actively serves as a board member for Amref Health Africa, advancing initiatives to expand healthcare access across the continent.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is also a graduate of the Executive IQ Program through the Money Management Institute.
